Abstract: To research the axial compression behavior of steel reinforced recycled concrete (SRRC) short columnsconfined by carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) strips, nine scaled specimens of SRRC short columnscoarse aggregate (RCA), width of CFRP strips, spacing of CFRP strips and strength of recycled aggregate concreteFurthermore, the finite element model of columns which can consider the adverse influence of RCA and0 to 100%, the bearing capacity of columns decreased by only 4.8%.

Abstract: This paper proposes an innovative column composed of a core column (including both reinforced concrete(RC) and plain concrete (PC) columns) and a prefabricated textile-reinforced fine concrete (TRC) shellspecimens, including 12 PC columns and 8 RC columns, were prepared for axial compressive tests.RC columns, the maximum improvement was 60.2%.columns has been proposed.

Abstract: The paper investigates the behaviors of recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular (RACFST) columnsA total of 16 RACFST columns were tested in this study.Experimental results showed that the ultimate stresses of RACFST columns decreased with increasing recycledreduce the decrement; the incorporation of expansive agent decreased the ultimate stresses of RACFST columnsand has more effect than that of the normal aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular columns.
